EU Force Commander Meets Rear Admiral Cho Young-joo On Board CTF 151 Flagship ROKS Munmu the Great
July 7, 2014 - 15:03On Friday 4 July 2014 Rear Admiral Jürgen zur Mühlen, who is the Force Commander of the EU’s counter-piracy Operation Atalanta off the coast of Somalia, met with his counterpart, Rear Admiral Cho Young-joo from the Combined Task Force 151.
During the meeting which took place on board the Republic of Korea Ship (ROKS) Munmu the Great, the two admirals discussed the on-going piracy threat and the importance of mutual cooperation and coordination to help keep seafarers and their ships safe from pirate attacks.
