On 31 May, General Qinsheng Zhang visited the EUNAVFOR OHQ. He was met by EU NAVFOR Deputy Commander, Rear ADMIRAL Guido RANDO
Accompanying General Zhang were officers from the Peoples Liberation Army and members of the Chinese Embassy in London. The delegation received an Op ATALANTA brief from Lt Col Andy Price RM and a brief from Miss Helen Boguslawska on the activities of the Crisis Management Planning Department before going onto a round table discussion on better co-ordination of anti piracy activities between the Chinese Navy, EU NAVFOR, NATO and CMF.
